I've attempted this image before, but I think I got it this time. The ticket stub waited for over a year, on the sad table of someday props.
The first cutout "colors" layer adjusted clean except for a shadow that I painted out.
The second stamp "lines" layer was my new trick. I added a mask and painted away about half the grunge. The blend mode is multiply.
